We recruit between four to six Trainees a year from law and non-law graduates.
Trainees spend six months in each of four seats covering a range of contentious and non-contentious work in accordance with SRA guidelines. These seats may include corporate finance and commercial contracts, real estate, construction, professional indemnity insurance and commercial litigation.
Our training programme includes both in-house and external seminars. We use our review meetings with our Trainees to ensure that they receive regular, constructive feedback on their progress.
Trainees also engage in the Firm’s marketing and networking opportunities from day one.
